We write for a general UK audience, in plain English, and we try to separate what is reasonably well established from what is marketing or informed guesswork.

Most information about polynucleotides online is published by the businesses selling them. That material is not necessarily wrong, but it is written to persuade, and it rarely spells out the limits of the evidence, the situations where the treatment is unlikely to help, or the risks of choosing the wrong practitioner.

This site is the counterweight: the same subject, explained without a commercial stake in your decision. We would rather you left a page thinking “probably not for me” than booked something you did not understand.
